Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BERBERTHEME LLC.
Because each product is handcrafted and made to order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
– The item arrives damaged or defective.
– You receive the wrong item.
– The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Custom-made or personalized products.
– Made-to-order items.
– Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@berbertheme.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, BERBERTHEME LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, custom-made or handmade orders cannot be canceled.
