Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Handmade and custom orders usually require 3–10 business days.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Origin

Products are handcrafted and shipped from our workshop at Hay Ifriquia, Rue 16, N°147, Benguerir 43150, Morocco.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

Free Economy Shipping

Free economy shipping is available on qualifying orders over $200.

• United States, Canada and United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed.

4. Carriers and Tracking

We use trusted carriers such as Aramex, FedEx, DHL or another suitable international partner. When tracking is available, the tracking number is emailed after dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to become active.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply according to the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Address Accuracy, Delays and Lost Packages

Please verify your delivery address before ordering. We are not responsible for costs or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can open an enquiry with the carrier.
