Yes. BERBERTHEME products are handcrafted using traditional Moroccan weaving and sewing techniques. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in pattern, texture and measurements may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of authentic handmade work.

Our products are handcrafted in Morocco by skilled artisans. The fabric is woven using traditional methods, then prepared, cut and sewn into finished covers and home textiles.

BERBERTHEME LLC is registered in the United States. Our production and artisan workshop are based in Morocco, and orders are shipped directly from Morocco to customers worldwide.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, our Moroccan floor sofa listings include the textile covers only. Foam, pillow inserts and other filling materials are not included.

Selling the covers without filling helps reduce international shipping costs and allows customers to source suitable filling locally.

For floor sofa bases, we recommend firm, high-density foam cut to the exact length, depth and thickness of the cover. Common thicknesses are 6 inches or 8 inches.

For back cushions, polyester fiber filling usually provides a soft and supportive result. A local upholsterer can help prepare foam and inserts according to your measurements.

Care instructions depend on the material. Cotton covers can generally be washed on a gentle cycle at no more than 30°C and air-dried. Wool products should usually be professionally dry-cleaned.

We will review your request and confirm availability, production time and pricing before you place the order.

Ready-to-ship products are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Handmade and custom orders usually require 3–10 business days.

Certain complex designs, special dimensions or thicker floor sofa covers may require additional production time. The estimated preparation time will be confirmed before production begins.

Yes. BERBERTHEME ships to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and many other international destinations.

Shipping availability and cost are calculated according to the destination and order size.

We offer free economy shipping on qualifying orders over $200. Any available shipping options and charges will appear during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address used during checkout. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier collects the package.

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees depend on the destination country’s regulations. When applicable, these charges are normally the customer’s responsibility.

Most orders shipped to the United States are generally not subject to customs duties, but customs authorities make the final determination.

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-made, personalized and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Once a custom or handmade order has entered production, it cannot normally be canceled.
