Yes. BERBERTHEME LLC is a U.S.-registered company based in Sheridan, Wyoming, while all products are handmade and shipped from Morocco.

No. Our floor sofas, cushions, armrests, and poufs are sold as covers only (unstuffed) unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We recommend high-density foam for sofa bases and polyester fiber filling for pillows and cushions.

Yes. We offer custom sizes, colors, and configurations. Please contact us before placing your order.

Most orders are handcrafted within 3–10 business days, depending on the product and customization.

Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after your order has been shipped.

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, custom-made or handmade orders cannot be canceled.

Most orders shipped to the United States are not subject to customs duties. For other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility if applicable.

Yes. Our sofa covers and textile products can be machine washed or hand washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C. We recommend using a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain their quality, texture, and color.
