Are floor sofa covers supplied with filling?
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, our floor sofa sets include removable covers only and are supplied unstuffed.
Can I request a custom size or color?
Selected products can be customized. Contact us before ordering with the product type, measurements, preferred color and delivery country.
How long does order preparation take?
Ready-to-ship items generally require 1–3 business days. Handmade and custom orders usually require 3–10 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, we email the tracking number after dispatch. It may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Can I return a custom-made product?
Custom-made and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Read our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.
