– Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.
– Handmade and custom orders usually require 3–10 business days to complete.
– Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
 

2. Shipping Origin

 

BERBERTHEME LLC is a U.S.-registered company. All products are handcrafted and shipped directly from our artisan workshop in Morocco.

Free Economy Shipping
 
We offer FREE Economy Shipping on all orders over $200.

– Canada: 5–10 business days
– United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
– Europe: 7–14 business days
– Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
– Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
 
Express Shipping
 
If you need your order sooner, you may choose Express Shipping during checkout for an additional fee.

2–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
 

4. Shipping Carriers

 

Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers such as Aramex, FedEx, DHL, or other reliable shipping partners depending on the destination.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Most orders shipped to the United States are not subject to customs duties.
