• Europe: 7 to 14 business days
• Australia: 8 to 15 business days
• Rest of the World: 12 to 18 business days

Express Shipping:

• USA, Canada, United Kingdom: 1 to 3 business days
• Australia and Europe: 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of the World: 3 to 5 business days

  Note   :  Express shipping includes an additional charge starting from $50 USD depending on product weight. Please contact us for pricing details.

Shipping FAQs:

• When will my order ship? Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipping.
• Can I cancel my order? You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation isn’t possible if the order has shipped.
• I entered the wrong address, what should I do? Contact us within 24 hours to update your address.
• My item arrived damaged, what now? Send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Berber Theme product, please contact us within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless there is a manufacturing defect.

For manufacturing defects, we cover return shipping or provide a suitable solution. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
